Programs such as Spyware Doctor, etc, can usually detect these with its real-time protection modules. However, removal of these aggressive rogue programs with the use of other anti spyware or anti virus software programs will usually require manual removal processes combined with it because it can take quite a while before their manufacturers learn how to automate the process and update their programs. In addition, rogue software sometimes has hidden parts that rebuild the rogue if they are partially removed.
